Policies
- We offer a 7-day return policy (only for returnable products).
- Items must be unused, unworn, and have original tags intact to be eligible for a return.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- A ₹100 non-refundable charge applies to COD orders below ₹3,000.
- Sale items are non-returnable; only exchanges are allowed.
- International orders are not eligible for returns.
- Post-wash issues will be considered only within one month of delivery.
- Customers in non-serviceable pin codes must self-ship their returns via Speed Post (cost should not exceed ₹300).
- Do not hand over a return without a pickup slip or SMS confirmation.
- A package unboxing video is required for claims regarding missing or incorrect items.
- All COD order refunds will be issued as gift cards, as direct payouts are currently on hold due to RBI regulations.
- Do not share the OTP with the delivery carrier unless you have received the package.
- One-time exchange is allowed per order.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability.
- No exchanges are available for masks, boxers, socks, or products priced at or below ₹899.
- If the exchanged item is of a lower value, the balance will be refunded as a gift voucher.
- There are no additional charges for exchanges.
- A package unboxing video is required for claims regarding missing or incorrect items.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
- Delivery is expected within 7 working days.
- A tracking number will be shared once your order is shipped.
- Orders below ₹2,500 will have a ₹50 shipping charge.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below ₹3,000 will incur a ₹100 COD charge.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties upon delivery, depending on the destination country.
- Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with.
